Recipes:
Gourmet Automatic Soy Milk Maker can be used to make soy, almond and other non-diary milks and
beverages. Shown below are some favorite recipes. The measurements uses the cup supplied with the
machine. The cup holds about 80g of dry soy.
Soy milk
1 cup of dry soy or 2 cups of soaked soy.
Soy sesame seed milk
3/4 cup of dry soy or 1.5 cup of soaked soy
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
Note: Use roasted sesame seeds for stronger flavor.
Soy almond milk
3/4 cup of dry soy or 1.5 cup of soaked soy
1/2 cup of almond
Soy peanut milk
3/4 cup of dry soy or 1.5 cup of soaked soy
1/2 cup of peanut
Note: Use roasted peanut for stronger flavor
Green bean or Mung bean milk
1 cup of dry or 2 cup of soaked green bean.
Note: Green bean milk tastes the best when sugar is added
Rice sesame seed milk
3/4 cup of rice
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
Note 1: Use roasted peanuts for stronger flavors
Note 2: Save the contents inside the filter basket. Mix them with the milk in the pot.
Rice almond milk
3/4 cup of dry rice
1/2 cup of almond
Note: Do not throw away the contents inside the filter basket. Mix them with the milk in the pot.
Rice walnut milk
3/4 cup of rice
1/2 cup of walnut
Note: Save the contents inside the filter basket. Mix them with the milk in the pot.
Rice peanut milk
3/4 cup of rice plus
1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
