Welcome to ImportHome - The place for your high quality automatic soy milk maker

What kinds of milk can this machine make?
You can use this machine for making all types of nondairy milks-from soy beans, green beans, almonds, walnuts,
sesame seeds, rice, peanuts, and so on. Please click here for recipes. soy milk maker; almond milk maker; nut
milk maker; non dairy milk maker
Why would I want to prepare milk by myself when I can get nondairy milks from supermarkets?
First, this machine can certainly make milk that you may never find in any supermarket. By mixing different nuts or
seeds, you can make almost any milk to suit your personal taste.
Second, your home-made milk will be fresh and completely additive free. Read the labels in the packagings of
nondairy milks in supermarkets and you will find sugar, starch and all sorts of additives. Very often, what you get
from supermarkets is not exactly what you think or want. Now, you can provide all kinds of hot, fresh and healthy
drinks any time you want.
Third, it will save you an enormous amount of money over time. The costs of home-made milk using this machine
are about 10% of the costs of packaged ones in the supermarket. For instance, 1 lb of soy beans costs less than
$1.00 and is enough to make 2 gallons of soy milk. That is less than 50 cents/gallon, which is cheaper than
bottled water!
Finally, this machine is so easy to use that it is almost effortless. It is easier than you can ever imagine.
What are some of the most important tips in using this machine?
Rinse off the stainless steel filter basket immediately after the machine finishes cooking, and soak the filter in
water all the time between uses. The filter has very tiny holes that are perforated by lasers to ensure that the milk
is smooth and creamy. Washing immediately after cooking will prevent milk residues from drying on and clogging
the holes.
Also, if you soak the machine in water, always keep the water level below the base of the electric motor housing.
This will prevent water from leaking into the housing through the base of the blade.
Should I use soaked beans or dry beans?
First of all, you do not need to soak the soy beans when using this soy milk maker. Second, milk prepared from
dry beans tastes just as good as milk prepared from soaked beans. Three features make the Gourmet Automatic
Soy Milk Maker able to process dry soy beans. First, a power motor. Second, a stronger and improved blade.
Third, an optimized cooking process. Rather than grinding the soy beans or nuts first, our machine softens the
beans first by heating and then grinding them. However, we do recommend the use of soaked beans if you do not
mind taking the extra time since they are gentler on the machine.
When you use nuts (like almond and peanuts), do not soak them.
Where can I buy soy beans?
You can use any soybeans. You can buy soybeans from most natural food stores, oriental grocery stores, and
some supermarkets.
You may also mail order soy beans from various sources. For instance, Fairview Farms sells Laura soybeans for
top quality home-made soy milk for just $8.00 per 10 lbs.
Why is the soy milk that I bought from supermarket thicker than the one I made with this soy milk
maker?
First, you can increase the amount of soy beans you use. But you cannot add so much that the soy clogs the filter
basket. Second, soy milk from supermarkets may be thicker often because starch was added (read the label in the
packaging). Do you really want all that starch as well as other additives in the milk?
What if I need a new filter basket ?
